As a result, Mr. Lefkovitz has been involved in a number of precedent setting bankruptcy cases. More recently, in a July 2009 decision by the Tennessee Supreme Court, In re Hogue, Mr. Lefkovitz was successful in arguing for the enlargement of the Homestead Exemption to $25,000 for an individual spouse with custody of a minor child.
